Can not open Admin panel in magento 1.7 with correct user and password

This problem occurred due session problem, please follow below step.

Please open Varien.php file.

app\code\core\Mage\Core\Model\Session\Abstract\Varien.php

Replace from

$cookieParams = array(
‘lifetime’ => $cookie->getLifetime(),
‘path’     => $cookie->getPath(),
‘domain’   => $cookie->getConfigDomain(),
‘secure’   => $cookie->isSecure(),
‘httponly’ => $cookie->getHttponly()
);

Replace to

$cookieParams = array(
‘lifetime’ => $cookie->getLifetime(),
‘path’     => $cookie->getPath()
// ‘domain’   => $cookie->getConfigDomain(),
// ‘secure’   => $cookie->isSecure(),
// ‘httponly’ => $cookie->getHttponly()
);
